The fan provides airflow at up to 2,906 cubic feet per minute (cfm) at its highest speed. It is rated to operate at 36 watts at high speed (without the lighting on), which gives it an airflow efficiency rating of 69 cfm per watt. (As a comparison, 36-inch to 48-inch ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 71 to 86 cfm per watt at high speed.
Designed for rooms up to 144 square feet (12 by 12 feet), the Alloy utilizes a 153-by-10-millimeter silicon steel motor with dual capacitor for powerful, quiet air circulation. The gun metal Alloy comes with reversible black/graphite finish blades to help you better match your home's decor. The blades are constructed of MDF and have a 12-degree pitch.
The Alloy's two light fixture operates on two candelabra-base 40-watt G16-1/2 bulbs (included), and they're surrounded by an opal frosted glass fixture. The unit can be adapted for use with a remote control and/or dimmer switch (both sold separately). This Westinghouse fan is backed by a lifetime motor warranty and a two-year parts warranty.
