The fan provides airflow at up to 3,801 cubic feet per minute (cfm) at its highest speed. It is rated to operate at 43 watts at high speed (without the lighting on), which gives it an airflow efficiency rating of 88 cfm per watt. (As a comparison, 36-inch to 48-inch ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 71 to 86 cfm per watt at high speed.
Designed for rooms up to 144 square feet (12 by 12 feet), the Parkway utilizes a 153-by-9-millimeter cold-rolled steel motor with dual capacitor for powerful, quiet air circulation. The Parkway comes with reversible light maple/white finish blades to help you better match your home's decor. The blades are constructed of MDF and have an 11-degree pitch.
The Parkway's two light fixture operates on two candelabra-base, torpedo-style, 60-watt bulbs (included), and they're surrounded by a white alabaster glass fixture. The fixture can also be removed if you just want to utilize the fan. This Westinghouse fan is backed by a lifetime motor warranty and a two-year parts warranty.
